Ruben's AV Requirements

No Podium Please!

Ruben is a very dynamic speaker. In order to free Ruben up to give you the best program possible, he will need open room on his stage. If there will be a podium on the stage, please place it to the side. Not in the middle where it will only get in Ruben's way.

Lapel Microphone is a Must

A lapel microphone allows Ruben to use both of his hands to express himself. Even with a cordless microphone, Ruben feels like a caged tiger.

Optional, if you want to go for the Gold!   (Highly Recommended)

DVD Player and Screen

If you want to start Ruben's presentation with a BANG, have a DVD player and screen set up in your meeting room. Ruben has an incredible 64 second video of a luge run shot from a helmet cam. Your audience will hear the rumbling of the luge sled as it careens down the icy chute and they will feel like they are riding down the ice themselves. By the end of the video, when they are flying down the track at over 90 MPH, members of your audience will actually be whooping and hollering. No joke!

Play the DVD video immediately before introducing Ruben and your audience will be on the edge of their seats from the beginning of your program. If you go this extra step you'll be glad you did!
